Empowering Experts in Sustainable Finance and Investment

CASI Academy is a platform designed for dedicated learners seeking to advance their knowledge of sustainable finance. It offers a comprehensive suite of high-quality content, covering a wide range of topics in sustainable finance, to meet the needs of learners worldwide, especially in developing countries.

The platform is responding to the G20 Technical Assistance Action Plan (TAAP) released in 2023, embracing a holistic approach that ensures broad sectoral coverage while addressing the capacity-building gap and local needs in developing countries. With digital technologies, the platform can also provide online learning content in local languages. CASI Academy aims to provide 100 hours of content related to sustainable investment by the end of 2026.

Three introductory modules and the first set of Level 1 Certificate courses have been launched and are now available on the platform. These modules cover eight key areas and are offered in multiple languages.
Introductory Modules
These modules lay a solid foundation with a comprehensive introduction to sustainability issues and sustainable finance fundamentals. Learners acquire essential knowledge of environmental, climate, and other challenges and key financial concepts that support sustainable solutions, preparing themselves to engage effectively in advanced studies under the certificate courses.

Certificate Courses
The certificate courses immerse you in the critical aspects of sustainable finance, from green and sustainable finance taxonomy to sustainability disclosure, climate risk assessment and management, and other topics. Tailored for a diverse range of learners, these courses deliver the knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in today’s rapidly evolving sustainable finance landscape.

Certificate Courses Level 1: This level provides key concepts and foundations that aim to build the fundamental knowledge and overall picture of a variety of topics
